The recently released Beatles song, “Now and Then,” is an interesting musical time capsule. Even though I did not personally experience the Beatles’ era, the song has a charm. However, even the AI-generated vocals are decent fakings of John Lennon’s voice. While the AI contribution adds a modern aspect to the song, there’s a noticeable fake aspect that, even though it is a good performance, shows the technology behind the vocals. The mixing of classic and cutting-edge technology in “Now and Then” makes it a decent Beatles song.
